Independent Flyers

Flyers Objective - The Independent Flyer is produced for the benefit of participating shareholders in order to offer an affordable flyer program that encourages more traffic and visits from new and potential customers. It also offers insurance that their retail message and name reaches consumers on a regular basis.

The Independent Flyer Program (IFP) is available to all shareholders. The program offers a cost effective vehicle which gives the shareholder a strong presence in their community. We schedule exciting flyer promotions for all seasons and major calendar events. The prime emphasis is on the seasonal categories, which is traditional in drug store retailing.

We offer 12 full color Independent Flyer Programs each year. Our seasonal flyers are 2 week events and feature a 16 page savings booklet; all other flyer events utilize an 8 page booklet. These flyers offer a more extensive selection of product while still maintaining ease of execution.

All participating shareholder stores have their store name, location and services they offer headlined on the flyer masthead. Featured front and back page products are offered at extremely low prices and represent exceptional value to the consumer. To support feature items, we provide a point of sale kit which includes window banners for select items and shelf talkers for all advertised items.

Our Microflyer program is a 1 month event. This 2 page flyer is a favorite amongst our smaller stores as its size and affordability make it an easy and manageable way to entice new customers and maintain focus in their area.

Shareholders can participate in any or all flyer events. We encourage all stores to participate in one or two events a year to experience the increased customer visits and sales lift that results from running these flyers. Because we have large buying power, we generate substantial promotional allowances to keep the flyer costs affordable for our shareholder and negotiate exceptional deals to drive traffic into your stores.

Complimentary Flyers!

Those Shareholders who commit to running all IFP promotional events for the year pay a regular monthly fee and in turn receive 5000 flyers to cover their trading area at no charge.  Through this mutually beneficial program, uniPHARM Shareholders now have access to the most affordable promotional program available in British Columbia and Alberta

uniPHARM offers a 2 page Independent microflyer.  This vehicle is ideal for smaller stores who are not able to carry the variety of products required for the IFP.  This 2 page flyer showcases 7 key items with one of those items being a unique feature item to draw the consumer into your store
